Operating procedure

General provision

Inspection process

Matters needing attention

run-in

1. Switch on the power grid switch;

8. After the fusible plug or fried piece of the joint of the transfer machine is damaged, wood or other materials shall not be used to replace it.

9, the safety device of the crusher's protective net should be kept in good condition, and should be checked frequently during the working process. If there is damage, it should be stopped immediately.

10, transfer machine tail protection and other safety devices must be ensured intact.

11, transfer machine.

(2) Protect cables, water pipes, oil pipes, and hang neatly;

(3) Check the roadway support and push the transfer machine under the condition of ensuring safety;

(5) After the transfer machine, the head and tail should be kept flat, straight and stable, and the jack live rod should be recovered.

Operational attention

1, plastic crusher and power unit to install firmly. If the plastic crusher needs long-term fixed operation, it should be fixed on the cement basis; If the plastic crusher flow operation is required, the unit should be installed on the frame made of Angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the plastic crusher pulley groove are in the same plane of rotation. 2, after the installation of the plastic crusher to check the fastening of the fasteners, if loose to be given to tighten. 5, the plastic crusher should keep its first idling for 2 to 3 minutes after starting, and then feed the work after no abnormal phenomenon.

6, the work should always pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher, first of all, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blocking the crushing chamber; Second, don't overwork for a long time. If it is found that there are vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, spraying material, etc., it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault can be removed before continuing to work.
